I regret that you found my colleague's attitude rude, which obviously is a major cause of concern for any organization. We did a thorough investigation into your feedback & I have personally gone through the call log reports. It was realized that on 8th Sept, you came back to the room at 00.41 hours and made one call from your room at 00.42 hours asking for extra mattress. As per CCTV recording the same was placed at 00.55 hours. For all practical reasons, extra mattress is always placed in the guest room when the guests are ready to retire. Since you checked-in at 3pm, you were requested to call for extra mattress when needed. At check-in, you had requested Karan not to charge you for an extra mattress which was politely denied.
