„I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.“

„Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.“

„Nice and comfortable place located in the old town very near to the Golden Temple. The place is difficult to find even for the rikshaw drivers but we found it at the end. Had to change my room after one night because the AC did not work anymore, little inconvenient.Fast and free Wifi available, TV with international channels, quite comfortable bed and an elevator.“

„Before we check in and see the room, the manager was very keen to collect theorem rent from me. When we saw the room I realised why he did so. The roomed only average facilities. The dining room was full of smoke with a lot a youngsters. We then turned back to the room and order a pizza from the room service. We had nothing for the breakfast .
