The shower is broken,fell when we are showering,you have to ask for toilet papers,fix the safety deposit,fix the TV,nobody cleans the room ,very noisy the next room kids are still awake midnight till 4 am banging the door,screaming,we demanded to transfer to another room they said the TV on the room that we moved out got broken so they were questioning us to the fact that we couldn’t even use it because there was no English Chanel.You have to demand them to clean the room.The receptionist were so kind enough,they help us all the time and our last day they made our room and provided with rags at the bathroom finally.

The property was in good shape, rooms were big. Bedding was comfortable. A lot of restaurants and grocery story super close walking distance. WiFi was good but seems like it would go down randomly. Breakfast was good but very bare. Staff was really friendly

So we checked in and within 30 mins of being in the room, i found a huge size German roach in the bathroom. Called front desk informing them. After 40 mins we got moved to another room, musty, overlooking a wall, and no sunshine! Total downgrade! And then trying to connect to the wifi to book another hotel without any luck. We were stuck! It is also a wedding venue so you can kiss your dreams goodbye ad the wedding will keep doing till 2am if not past. Simply trust that they will make excuses for their infested property. Nothing to make it up to you for the whole pain of moving luggage back and forth between rooms as they have 0 understanding of what customer service is!! It was one night and NEVER AGAIN.

I initially got tricked that this would be a 4-star hotel and the price was attractive, but I discovered that it is worst than a hunted dirty big building, with terrible cleaniss, zero service, and unmatched rudeness of the staff. It wasn't us alone, several guests with us was suffering from this nightmare. Seriously you would be better off to sleep in the street or a garbage dump than sleeping here. The guy that was managing the place, entered our room in the middle of the night! Kept bothering is with calls and knocking our door in the middle of night to make extra money to his pocket like he exploited many others. The cleaness is another disaster. The towels were very dirty, I couldn't even dare touching them. My sincere advice, avoid this place by all costs. I don't know how it is still posted here in Expedia!

Lo mejor era el tamaño de la habitacion y el aparcamiento en la misma puerta, con gasolinera, bancos y tiendas no demasiado lejos. El desayuno en la habitación también era mas que suficiente. Lo peor: no estaba demasiado limpio, la ducha rota y además no habían encendido el calentador de agua, por lo que salía fría . Tenía muchas cosas rotas. En general el mantenimiento era muy malo, supongo que debido a la crisis general.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel que nous avions choisi car il n’est pas très loin de l’aéroport. Il est décoré avec goût, les chambres sont grandes et fonctionnelles et il est situé à côté d’une grande rue avec des restaurants. Le personnel est très aimable.

Location was close proximity to car rental and airport. Room service was quick and good. Staff was friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We left early in the morning and they had prepared a good breakfast and coffee for us!
