Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bietet aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Öffnungszeiten vom Pool sind nicht den Bedürfnissen der Gäste angepasst (6am-6pm). Am Morgen ist der Pool Bereich menschenleer und um 6pm werden die vielen anwesenden Gäste regelrecht vom Pool verjagt.

Great choice if you spend a few days in Amman!
Everything was great - quick check-in, great room service, great breakfast buffet, nice gym, great staff - really nothing to complain about. Had a wonderful stay in CP Amman.

Honestly this hotel is the best! Starting from when I walked into the lobby until I checked out. The staff are friendly and helpful . The hotel is super clean and view was amazing. My flight got delayed and they were nice enough for me to stay until 2pm 🙏. I will definitely recommend this place and I will definitely stay again.

We booked a king bed, arrived and got told they didn’t have any so we had to change to a twin which was ok but a bit annoying. All is spotlessly clean and our room looked new just quite old fashioned (eg shower curtain). The transfer they offer to the airport is very overpriced at 40JOD, her a taxi / Uber instead. At 05am an Uber cost us 18JOD and came within 2 mins, although it did not allow us to pre-book. The pool is ok but the music is really loud

The hotel was well situated for my business meetings.The room was regular but I asked for one king bed I was given two double bed and the air condition was not manageable. The staff were good and the breakfast service were good.

It was my first time visiting Amman, Jordan. The Crown Plaza Amman was a great place to stay. They had four restaurants. I ate at two of the restaurants each night and the food and service was great. The staff was great at cleaning the rooms, helping me with my bags when I returned from the day of touring. I could not have chosen a more comfortable place to stay abroad.
