„Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun!“

„This was our 2nd time renting Micah's place and we were once again extremely happy with our experience. The location is the best. So much in walking distance! We didn't have to worry about finding parking at the beach or restaurants, which made our time there more relaxing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and lots of things to keep everyone entertained on a rainy day. The home was clean and the attention to detail was amazing! „I already was familiar with the location as I lived in the area for over 20 years. The hostess Andra was amazing - fresh baked muffins, she was available when needed for any needs- even provided me with microwave popcorn! The location is right on Great Bay, lovely views - and amazing gardens surrounding the location. The bed was extremely comfortable (major in my mind) and the decor induces relaxation. If stairs are an issue, you may need to consider this in your decision. That said I ...

„Friendly and helpful hostess greeted me upon arrival. VRBO app was very useful for communication. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The TV had Netflix, but I mostly screen casted from my iPad while was there (16 days). Had my own entrance and parking spot in the driveway. I really can't think of any negative outside of a broken handle on the microwave, which was no big deal. Recommended!“
