There were also numerous spiders that we had to kill before being able to sleep. Then at around 6:30am we were awakened by screaming children running around and stomping above us. We contacted the host who told us that they would look into it and get back to us. „Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid.“
