Moderne, relativ kleine Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten, die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel (Parkhaus im Gebäude von Burger King hat Plätze für das Hören reserviert, man fährt einfach ins Parkhaus auf einen der gekennzeichneten Plätze im 1. Stock und meldet sich über ein ipad in der Hotellobby an). Man kommt mit der Metro super in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Zum Flughafen kommt man mit der Bahn in 20 Minuten. Hat alles gepasst, war sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, da unser Flug schon sehr früh ging.

Das Hotel besticht durch die Nähe zum Flughafen, zur Arena, zum Shoppingcenter Field‘s und in die Innenstadt sind’s 10min mit der Metro. Das Frühstück und die Zimmer sind eher basic, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Wenn mal alles fertig ist, sowohl drumherum als auch im Hotel perfekt für Konzerte in der Royal Arena und mit der Metro Anbindung auch in die Altstadt! Aber im Moment mit Mega Baustellen einfach zu teuer! Zimmer sauber, mit Fenster zu auch ruhig! Betten etwas zu weich! Frühstück okay, aber auch teuer!

Dear Alexander Thank you for your feedback. It is so unfortunate that this happened to you under your stay. Apparently there was water damage in the building right behind the hotel, which lead to the trucks coming. Of course the situation was not ideal, thinking of the time - but hopefully you came in contact with our other hotels, that could move you to another room. Please let us know, if there is any questions, or anything we can do if you choose stay with us. And again, we are really sorry that this situation occurred when you were here. Have a lovely day.

Room was uncomfortably hot, we had seen in a previous response to a review on here that they offered fans at reception free of charge to combat this. So, on our second night after a sleepless first night I enquired with reception about getting a fan for our room. Woman on reception (not really a reception was the bar) informed me that they in fact did not have any fans and suggested I just open the window. I told her we had done this and she said she’d come up to the room with me to see how hot it was. I felt this was a little insulting that she felt the need to check herself as what exactly was she checking for when she had told me they didn’t have anything to help. She told me the room was the ‘normal temperature’ and there was nothing they could do but if she got time she’d ask her manager if there was anything they could do. My partner then went down about an hour later and asked if there was an update. He was shooed away and told they were “too busy” to deal with him. He returned a few more hours later and this time showed them their own statement saying they had fans available at reception and this time he was told that “they probably did but…” insinuating that they just couldn’t be bothered to go and get one for us. Instead they continued serving alcohol to the already very drunk crowd in the main lobby who then proceeded to become verbally abusive to my partner. Nothing was done about the abuse as there was only 1 lone female staff member to tend to the entire lobby.

Dear Kira. Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience during your last stay. As it happens we actually have 130 electrical fans that we offer our guests during the warm months. Unfortunately you are the first guest who has asked to borrow a fan since maybe september. The night receptionist with whom you and your partner spoke has only been employed since January and apparently we have neglected to inform her that we have electric fans in storrage. It has not I will make sure that my colleague is informed, and shown where to find them, so we can avoid a similar misunderstanding in the future. As to what was said in the reception by my colleagues and by guests who felt the need to address your partner. My reception team always address our guests in a polite and professional manor, and I can only apologize if your partner received an impolite answer. I assure you that we do everything in our power to provide all our guests with the best possible service.Please do not hesitate to ask for an electrical fan next time you visit us.
