„Room was very clean with good wifi though not all the lights worked. Plenty of hot water. Staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was adequate (there is an egg station). Lobby is dark and drab, but location is good, only a few blocks from the Cathdral. In a Muslim area, so no beer served, but a good pizzaria on site.“

„I had a nice stay! The location is perfect if you want to stay right downtown to visit iconic places like the Catedral Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Sé Catedral de Maputo), Conselho Municipal, Casa de Ferro, Rádio Moçambique, etc.It is definitely not a luxury place, but it is a cozy, highly affordable, and secure spot to sleep. My room was entirely clean, the bed was nice, and they provided the basic essentials like shampoo and soap. There is also a small, convenient café and restaurant right near ...

„When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED.

„Wifi connection insufficient for a business hotel, barely enough for online meetings or cloud work.
After 3 interventions the IT guy was able to up the data down/upstream from 1MB/sec to 10MB/sec... Apparently this is standard and as much as their system allows. (Resort to your own SIM to ensure connectivity!). Also, the safe in my room wasn't working. Called reception several times to fix it. Noone ever showed up. Not sure if they always understood - I am aware there may be a language barrier. ...
