We arrived by train. There's ample parking spots if you have a car. We liked the place and will come back with family next time. "

The Ukrainian female clerk ignored my requests for anything I needed to be more comfortable and seemed almost deliberately unhelpful - but was pleasant and helpful to male Asian tourists. The male clerks provided additional pillows two days later but I was not given the queen bed I reserved , instead I had two twin beds that slid apart each night. The restaurant staff was excellent; friendly, helpful, attentive. You can walk or take the bus anywhere in the valley. The view of the alps from every room, the natural beauty of the area and the helpful restaurant staff makes one tolerant of the poor hotel staff in this remote region. Would stay at Hotel Vital instead next time. "
