Overall a lovely place to relax and enjoy. Especially the sunsets are exceptional!
The house has everything you need. Big rooms and beds, several bathrooms, a kitchen which is beyond well equipped as well as an amazing rooftop (the view -wow!) and terrace with a great pool. The street the house is in a private street and therefore super quiet. You can walk down the hill to the beach/village in about 15min. We felt very welcomed and the comms with the owner was easy and straightforward.

Ein Urlaubstraum in Andalusien
Ein tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen ,mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer.Stranzspaziergänge am Meer und ein cafe con leche in einem der Chiringuitos(kleine Lokale am Strand)und abends einen Tinto Verano mit gegrillten Sardinen ,das ist mein Traum😊 .Und selbst Ende Oktober wurden wir von der Sonne verwöhnt. Im Haus selbst wird man von einer freundlichen Atmosphäre mit geräumigen Schlafzimmern ,vielen Terrassen, einem Pool, einer Außenküche mit Gas und einem Holzkohlengrill begrüßt ,

MAGNIFIQUE MAISON
Séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique et immense villa, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Malgré la chaleur, il y a toujours un peu d'air sur la terrasse. La piscine, le barbecue extérieur, les nombreuses terrasses, tout est parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec chacune sa salle de bains. La maison est bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Les villes d'Almunecar et Nerja sont toutes proches en voiture. Il est facile de descendre à pied à La Herradura en 10 minutes. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles par téléphone en cas de besoin. Je recommande cette villa, et j'espère y retourner très bientôt. Muchas gracias.

Das wunderschoene Haus bietet viel Raum sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und der Blick auf das Meer ein Traum.

Andalusian Villa
We loved the villa, its spaciousness and the many kitchen amenities. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The pool, while cold during our April stay, was enjoyed by the three children. There weren't the child- oriented games and books, outdoor toys, etc, that we'd anticipated; thankfully, we'd brought a supply from home. We had an extremely relaxing and pleasant week and would definitely return should there be an opportunity.

Great Stay
The communication with the owners before our stay was fantastic. After we arrive (it was an easy drive from Malaga) the check in process was smooth and the house was incredible! There was enough room for the 9 of us, wonderful patios and a great pool. We walked to and from the beach (it is a little steep) and enjoyed the village of La Herradura. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect location. Thank you!

Great family villa
The villa has an effective combination of traditional and modern styles. The kitchen is really well-equipped for cooking for large groups and the outside spaces have lots of chairs/tables etc. There is an outside area for cooking outside as well if the weather gets very hot which is a great addition. Private pool is a good size and well-maintained. La Herradura is a small coastal town with plenty of places to eat & drink and a long beach of stones and dark sand. A really nice spot for a break and withing easy striking distance of Malaga, Grenada, Nerja etc. Couple of things to mention: - if you are arriving in the dark take a torch with you. The name of the property is clearly written on the side of the villa but it is not clear in the dark - there is a keyless entry system using a keypad. We found this to be inconsistent during the week - it rarely worked first time and a few times we had to use the key that we got from inside the property. My recommendation would be to take the key with you as back up although the property owners assured me that there had not been any problems before - the path from the villa to the town of La Herradura is very steep and the first 200m of the path are rough stone & gravel. It takes around ten minutes to walk down and probably 15 to walk back. Again my advice would be to have a torch if you are doing this in the dark (I left a torch in the house for future guests) but also if there are any travellers in your group who have any mobility issues this path is going to be difficult for them. You can go to the town via the road - I guess this would be around 30 minutes to walk but again a steep climb on the way back.

Week stay - Early August 2022
Wonderful property. Clean, lots of space. large bedrooms, plenty of eating areas (kitchen, outside, roof terrace). Pool was lovely and very welcome in the heat. Short drive to supermarket. Can walk down to beach area. One hour from Grenada (Alhambra palace, catherdral). Some delightful mountain towns (e.g. Frigiliana) about half hour drive. Aircon would have been a bonus in August. Would consider going again a little earlier or later in the year just to be a bit cooler on a night but overall - a fantastic stay! We loved it.

Casa Chile Chico? No, grande!
Fantástica propiedad de Mónika y Valmy Müller, justo lo que íbamos buscando: espacio, comodidad, tranquilidad, situación, vistas, etc.... Estuve con toda la familia, 9 personas en total, algunos ya algo mayores, incluida nuestra perrita, y todos encantados con el chalet y sus instalaciones. Semana inolvidable.

Tranquile La Herradura Villa
We loved our 2 week stay at this large tranquile villa. After being in large busy cities of Spain for 2 weeks this was a perfect way to spend our last two weeks in Spain. The villa has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The location of the villa allowed my family to make many day trips and to visit the town my ancestors are from (Otivar). The owners of the property were very responsive to our questions and always were very quick to respond. We would definitely return to this property during future trips to Spain.

Relaxing and Peaceful
We found this to be a well equipped villa, located in a quiet area. There are plenty of places to visit nearby (Granada, the caves at Nerja, and the nearby towns such as La Herradura) but we loved the villa so much that we spent most of our time in or close to the pool at the villa! The nearby beach is lovely and clean, and within walking distance. Happy to recommend this villa. Thank you!

Boligen levede fuldt op til vores forventninger, stor og lækker med masser af plads ude og inde.
Den flotte og autentiske villa ligger højt med stor slående udsigt over havet, og tæt på by og strand hvor man kan høre havets brusen. Masser af plads store soveværelser alle med eget bad / toilet . stort ude køkken med overdækket ekstra terrasse ,samt grill - 2 store køleskab med fryse plads, masser af service. Lækker pool område samt udendørs bruser- mange stole - solsenge. Denne villa ligger i et roligt område, og vil klart fremhæve den store tag terrasse, med en storslående udsigt over havet. Kan klart anbefales vi var 6 personer samt 2 børn, der nød dette ophold.
