„Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels. Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also. “

„Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel design is pretty cool too“

„No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat“

No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor ...

„I was grateful for the kind and attentive service I received, as I am not fluent in the language. The breakfast was delicious and just the right portion size.“

„I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were exceptionally clean. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it very comfortable. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Overall, I had a great experience and would ...
