Welcome - A Beautiful Beachfront Villa

Inside Resorts World Bimini. This three-bedroom, two-bath home comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Is located in a private section of the resort. It features a private infinity pool for the owners and guest, beach, full modern kitchen, spacious living and dining area, and large back porch. furnished, the home also includes a washer/dryer, A/C, Wi-Fi, new Smart Flat-screen TVs Your rental also grants access to shared amenities within Resorts World, including pools, jacuzzi, and bars. Enjoy!
The space
Our home is steps away from a private beach located in our backyard. Wake up every morning to the sounds of the waves and experience total privacy. The large backyard, filled with white sand, is also a perfect place to stretch out on our chaise lounges and soak up some rays, or play. Larger public beaches, including the Resorts World beach club which was recently renovated by Richard Branson, with water activities( this is a amenity not included in the rental, contact the Hilton Hotel for pricing) also walking distance, as is the Casino and restaurants at the Hilton.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, except for a small closet where we store supplies. As for the resort, you will have access to all amenities in Resort World Bimini such as the private infinity pool inside the private community, jacuzzi, tennis courts, playground, the Marina, the Hilton Casino, Hilton bars & restaurants, and

No parties allowed.
no pets allowed!

We do not supply food and drinks. However, there is a market, Sue and Joy's, a few blocks down the street (by the entrance gate of Resort World) where you will find everything you need! Sue and Joy's also rents out Golf Carts and Bicycles. Renting a golf cart or bicycle is a must on the island because everything is fairly spread apart! Also, we have a new outdoor grill! Please feel free to enjoy it. Just make sure to clean it off after you use it and place the cover back on so it does not rust. Thank you!

All guests are required to wear HOA (homeowners association) Wristbands for security reasons (otherwise island security will stop you). These Wrist bands should be picked up upon the day of arrival at the HOA Office where you check-in. The HOA office is located in Fishermans Village in the resort where you and your guest will be issued your bracelets. Next door to the HOA office is a golf cart rental company. There is no boat slip with the house, but if you are coming by boat contact the Hilton Hotel and speak to the dockmaster or the Bug Game Club (which is located outside of the resort). if your need a boat slip.

Worst Experience

We never got check in instructions or code. When we did get in the house was dirty, 2 days after we got there the water was shut off due to non payment by the owner who refused to answer calls. This happened the week before to a renter as well. It was the worst experience I have ever had.the owner of Thai property should never be allowed to rent.

Don’t Stay Here

I’m going to preface this review with saying that we’ve stayed all over the Bahamas more than 30 times and never had issues like this. This house was bug infested, the kitchen was disgustingly dirty to where you couldn’t even use the coffee maker. There was dead bugs all over the kitchen and the alive bugs were crawling over the counters. Countertops were gritty with dirt and I had to scrub them. Underneath appliances was crawling with bugs. We were constantly dealing with house flies and bedroom was infested with ants. The dishwasher and the safe were broken, doors broken, couch had questionable stains. After I cleaned, I ended up sick to the point I could barely get out of bed for days. Finally we decided this wasn’t how we wanted to spend our vacation and left early and within 24 hrs of leaving the house I was perfectly fine. I saw reviews earlier about it being dirty and I thought the best and hoped they would have addressed it. They didn’t so don’t waste your money here, there’s so many other places to stay on Bimini. Owner wouldn’t offer any compensation, she just wants your money. Vrbo should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this property to be listed.

1st Time in Bimini

Beautiful spot on the beach. Lovely spot to float and snorkel, fish and fish for spiny lobster directly off the beach. Not a great spot for little kids for the beach, but for a stronger person, it's good. VRBO is very clean and tidy. Lots of towels and bedding, which was nice. Neighbors were nice with a sweet little dog that would greet us everyday.

Well located water front property in private residences of Bimini Bay with beautiful views of the ocean, nice cove with access to water with breathtaking views. Very large covered terrace allowed everyone to enjoy the views. Nicely furnished, very comfortable! Would recommend!

Great location, minor hiccups!

The good: The house has a great location with a beach right behind it. It is comfortable for 6 with a nice back porch to watch the sunset. It is well appointed with furniture and patio furniture. Can be improved: The A/C was good in the home although the bunk room does not cool lke the others. Fans provided in that room. The guest bathroom has holes in the wall where the former towel rack hung. The door to the A/C and water heater is off the hinge and leaning into the air unit. The home can be freshly painted inside, but it is well decorated. Water heater had to be repaired after the breaker kept tripping and we had no hot water for a couple of days. The grill had no propane and the manager suggested us taking it somewhere to fill. She did send someone and then the person charged us for filling the tank and the service to get it done. Was okay with it, but should have been part of what I paid for the property. Overall: The above listed are details in the grand scheme of things. I would still recommend the property and glad we rented here.

Heaven on Earth

This House was amazing. The house was CLEAN and smelled great. The house was just perfect and it was everything it was described. The view was spectacular. You are walking distance from the private beach behind and walking distance from the 360 beach.

The house was okay.

I don’t want to give a bad review but I cannot give a terrific review either. This house was just ok, it needs a little TLC. Walls need to be painted, there is wood trim which is rotten and should be replaced as well as some floor tiles with chips. On the plus, the Air conditioning worked great, and it has amazing views and a nice back porch. We did loose water for several hours so no showers or flushing the toilet however I am told that is common. (Never happened to me at the Hilton). I can’t say it was horrible, but I cannot say it was spotless and wonderful.

House has great potential but needs some love.

Review? You asked. We occupied the property for three nights for an overdue family vacation with our adult children. The location is spectacular but upkeep of the property was lacking. Upon arrival we had little to no water pressure and an extensive ant problem throughout the house. As instructed, we contacted the caretaker, who arrived with ant spray. The Resort World Bimini maintenance men arrived on Day 2 to assess the water issue. We were told all of the faucets in the house should be replaced because of calcification and that the valve at the main line into the house from the meter was in such poor repair that it would need to be replaced. The Bimini Island Water Department arrived on Day 3 and replaced the valve at the meter and our water issues were greatly improved, albeit on the final night of our stay. Seven adults in a two bathroom house and only one faucet able to provide water at any time was very inconvenient. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were not clean and the lower cabinets were infested with ants. We washed all pots and pans before use. There were no wine glasses, one champagne flute and six miss- matched drinking glasses. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and eating utensils.. The appliances all worked including the new grill on the porch. However, the teflon frying pan needs to be thrown out. Uncleanable. After disappointing issues in the house, we did advise the female owner of our dissatisfaction with the property and to notify her that the Water Dept. was expected to make a repair. She shared how many homes they own and that “even Cinderella has mice in her house” while referring to our ant infestation. Hardly a consoling customer service comment. The 2 lounge chairs in the yard/beach were broken and unusable. Miscellaneous trash was left in the yard. The front porch trim needs a paint job very badly. There were ample towels for all and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked. Our family has been in the commercial property management business for 41 years so please do not think this is a disgruntled customer trying to get a refund. We have rented two other homes at Resort World Bimini for family trips over the past few years through VRBO and this was the only disappointing experience to date. I hope the owners will take a trip to Bimini and visit their property.
