Da vi kun blev informeret af vores gæster om det støjende arbejde på dag 6 af deres 8 overnatninger, var det for sent for os at påvirke den støj, der allerede havde fundet sted. Vi bad dog straks vores ejendomsadministrator om at følge op, hvilket han gjorde og anmodede om, at støjen blev holdt på et minimum. Ejendomsejerne, der støder op til vores lejlighed, har brudt deres rettigheder ved ikke først at underrette ejerlejlighedslederne om det arbejde, der skulle udføres, hvorved vi ville være blevet advaret på forhånd, og derfor underrettet vores gæster. For dette kan vi kun undskylde, at vores naboer var skyldige i deres pligt! Vi anser udsigten fra vores terrasse for at være smuk, idet den nyder den uspolerede udsigt over Monchique-bjergkæden i det fjerne. Som vores billeder på hjemmesiden afspejler, er der åbent land lige foran os, og ejerne af dette land kan frit bruge det, som de finder passende. Med hensyn til bygninger, der er modne til nedrivning, er Burgau en smuk gammel fiskerby, som i øjeblikket er uspoleret, og det faktum, at der stadig er nogle ældre bygninger, bidrager efter vores ydmyge mening kun til Burgaus karakter. Vi accepterer, at dette ikke er alles mening! Vi siger klart, at poolanlægget er et fælles. Vores gæster må have overset det faktum. Poolen og terrassen er for nylig blevet overtaget af den nye ledelse, som erkender, at der er behov for en vis vedligeholdelse, hvilket arbejde, som normalt i gæstfrihedssteder, vil blive afsluttet uden for højsæsonen, som snart slutter. Hvad angår faciliteterne i lejligheden, er vi meget uenige i kommentarerne, da bestik og service er mere end tilstrækkeligt til 4 gæster, og der var kun 2 på dette ophold. Gipsrevnerne, der er "hårgrænse"-tørrende (efter vores ydmyge mening), vil også blive udført, som nævnt ovenfor i den kommende lavsæson. Desværre ser det ud til, at disse sidstnævnte kommentarer kan være stærkt påvirket af værkets støj, som vi ikke har meget kontrol over.

Thanks for a very concise reflection of your stay at Domuiberica in Burgau. We know that the Nova Beach Bar and Pool facility are working hard to perfect their hospitality programme and facilities, that allmost all guests are now reviewing positively.

As we are a self-catering apartment, and not a hotel, there is not a permanent reception on site. However, as provided,, telephone contact for the management company was available. We are disappointed to hear that you found the pool area not to your standard, but new management of this facility, just this summer, are making significant improvements all the time, and we shall pass on your comments.

Great to hear from Ana that the large terrace area was enjoyed, as well as some of the smaller items such as the food and drink Welcome Pack, and in-house books! Burgau as ever, with it's combination of tranquility but also plentiful entertainments, rarely disappoints!

Great to see that Joao's addition to our property management team is adding to our guest's positive experience of Burgau. Also pleasing to hear that Thomas found everything they needed in the apartment, as we, each year, pay attention to comments from our guests with small improvements, and attempt to make their stay as comfortable as if they were at home! The recent investment in the local facilities and utilities is also pleasing to be recognised, whilst at me time, we believe, not detracting from the small fishing village "feel"!

Individual air conditioning units in each of the main rooms, including bedrooms, ensures enjoyment of your holiday especially when Portugal hots up!! The units also double up as heating if evening temperatures go the other way! Our property manager is always on hand to help, even with those little things that can threaten the enjoyment of your time on holiday. It is a tribute to her that so many of our guests take the trouble to say so. And we, and she, are looking forward to receiving you as our guests again next year. Thank you so much.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed an idyllic stay, as usual, in great part down to our local manager Ana and Daniella.

Pleasing once again to hear that the apartment was thoroughly enjoyed. The complex is due it's periodic planned maintenance, including full external repaint, and grounds maintenance. We have passed on comments regarding the bins etc. to the Club management, who will we expect take requisite action, and will ourselves monitor , through our property manager.

We also appreciate the veranda-terrace area. Waking to bright sunshine in the morning, or relaxing long evenings looking over the village as the sun goes down. Thanks for joining us again this year, and we are pleased that our efforts made your stay enjoyable once more!
