Familienfreundliches Hotel
Im grossen und ganzen war das Hotel/ Appartement gut, sauber, alles war zu Fuss zugänglich, zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab sehr viele aktivitäten. Negativ ist das sie keine eigenen Parkplätze haben, man riskiert kein Parkplatz zu finden und an der Strasse parkieren zu müssen. Die Parkplätze sind öffentlich und gratis. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer fehlt oder sonst ein Waschsalon im Hotel.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte. Das Personal war sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Die Hotelanlage war schön und sauber. Der kostenlose "Bootservice" zum wunderschönen Sandstrand war super. Keine 2 Minuten mussten wir warten. Nur das essen hat uns nicht so zugesagt, aber das ist glaub Geschmackssache. Wären gern länger geblieben aber hatten eine Portugal Rundreise geplant.

Für 3 Tage ganz ok.
Wir buchten das Hotel für ca. 70 Euro mit Halbpension. Ist natürlich günstig. Jedoch kann man Zimmertechnisch nicht viel erwarten. Sehr Renovierungsbedürftig !!! Frühstück: ganz gut. Abendessen: Auswahl recht gut. Feinschmecker kommen aber nicht auf ihre Kosten. Prima: Getränke Bier und Wein inclusive. Prima des Wassertaxi zur Insel.

This is a complex not hotel and be prepared to accept this. Everything is scattered across , bar, dining, pools etc. The nice part is clearly the beach reached by free boat. The complex is dated, noisy with doors clunking, beds being dragged across tiled floors, in fact cleaning staff do this exceptionally well so no lie in. Off season so maintenance going on adding to noise and inconvenience. 4 night stay was plenty but not a place I’d recommend for any longer.

It was off season but still had options for where to eat, shop, and to go sightsee. The taxi company they use are good and reasonably priced for when the buses weren't available. The staff were super helpful and helped me make the most of my stay. I really enjoyed it and plan to return there in the future.

Late Break
We have been here in the past, as it is nice and peaceful this time of the year yet climate still hot and sunny. Entertainment and bar still going strong to end of October. You can walk to the train station & get to town 1euro something or visit other resorts off the same line- boat taxi ( free) to the beach which is first class - Depends what you are looking for - hustle & bustle or peace & quiet- well run large site would be great for the kids if they where not in school 🙂.

Great place for families with children
Great place for families. Weather in mid October was just beautiful, the outside pool was great for the kids. It was lovely and quiet during the Scottish October break so lots of sun loungers etc - guess it could get a bit crowded during peak season but that's the same everywhere. Hadn't planned on using kids club but the program was so nice that they ended up going a few times. Beach accessible by using a small boat which only takes a few minutes. Maintenance team were super quick and helpful (replaced an entire oven in less than an hour when it stopped working!).

Hôtel club avec piscines, spectacles, activités pour enfants etc. et proche de la plage (en bateau navette). Chambre pratique avec kitchenette, balcon, machine à laver, wifi efficace mais literie plutôt à renouveler. Petit déjeuner correct, peu varié. Hôtel un peu à l’écart et assez loin des commerces, un vélo / une voiture est pratique. La gare est à 1.5km environ. Tavira, vill très agréable, est à environ 15 minutes en voiture

Ponto a corrigir.
Gestão difícil com a ligação dos electrodomésticos à energia elétrica. Tinha uma só tomada para o microondas e esta também servia a cafeteira. À parte disto, tudo o resto foi excelente, atendimento e instalação. Certamente vou voltar.

A lovely waterfront location wasted by this property. Poorly maintained and ill equipped apartment for a long-term stay. Should be taken off-market until physical plant has been updated and thoroughly cleaned. Mandatory wearing of plastic wristband was useful only for boat ride to oceanfront. Indoor hot tub requires bathing cap (didn't know these still exist) and indoor gym costs extra. The entire property is an embarrassment to Portugal.

De tuin en het zwembad zien er prima uit. De kamer zelf is minder goed onderhouden met name de badkamer. Er kwam bruin water uit de kraan, hier is melding van gedaan maar niet verholpen. Het is er heel gehorig, je hoort vooral de stoelen over de vloeren schuiven, wc's doortrekken enz.

Nice that they have a washing machine and the private beach is nice. I hesitate to write a negative review, but I feel very tricked by the website in this case. All apartments are smoking rooms and the first room we were given was so heavily filled with years of smoke we could not stay there with our infant and asked to change. We were moved to a nicer room (funny bc at check-in she gave me the option of both rooms initially and I said to please give us the nicer of the two). Furniture, floors, walls are all sparse and very dated/grungy. AC/Heat units did not work the whole time, electricity went out and we had to call and wait to get it restored when all we had on was 1 burner on the stove and the toaster. Posted activities but no staff there to facilitate, and upcharging for balls (10E) when website makes it look included. The purchase of swim caps for indoor pool is completely unnecessary if you know how to maintain the pool.

This is second visit since 3 years and there have been some updates to room. However in November it is lifeless and listless about place. Equally must be a monstrosity of an all inclusive at height of season. Clean room, towels, sheets. polite staff. Food at breakfast very pathetic for level of hotel. Probably won’t return.

The facilities of this accommodation were pretty good. I choose this accommodation also for the modern interiors of the rooms, light and bright colors. Unfortunately, the interior turned out to be in a brown outdated style. That was disappointing. Also the beach (which you access per boat) did not have any facilities nearby and they are closed in October. Staff was really friendly and the area is great.

Positivt: Rymlig lägenhet med 2 badrum. Härlig balkong med utsikt mot trädgård och hav. Gick att nyttjas oavsett väder tack vare tak. Närhet till stranden och till mysigt samhälle med strandpromenaden och flera restauranger. Trevlig personal. Nackdelar: Saknade köksutrustning tex kaffebryggare, skärbräda, större koppar. Saknade daglig städning, behövs inte bytas sängkläder dagligen men städa golven och byta handdukar. Fick endast 1 städning på 5 nätter. Saknade kärl till sop sortering. Hoppas verkligen soporna sorterades senare av städpersonalen.

Un tres gros complexe Si vous chercher un appartement spacieux avec climatisation allez y. Si vous cherchez un logement cosy mais pas une usine n'y allez pas. Stationnement tres tres difficile. Piscines bordées. Acces plage par bateau comptez dix minutes jusqu'au bateau qui prend deuw minutes et ensuite encore de la marche jusqu'a la plage. Cet établissement ne nous correspond pas du tout.

Het was er heel erg vies en we zijn na 3 overnachtingen weggegaan naar een betere accommodatie. Schimmel in de badkamer, overal spinrag. Vieze bende.

Pass on this property.
Very tired old property with a pretty 24-hr concierge. Onsite restaurant closed on first night. Managed to space our 2 rooms as far as possible. Can hear people coughing, scraping chairs and talking through poorly sound-proofed walls, floors and ceilings. Good for noisy young Northern European families but otherwise pass. 2 Euros a day for passport safe.

Great place, lots to do, perfect setting.
We've been going to Cabanas for 20 years and its our first stay at Golden Club. Fab place. Fantastic location at the west end of tge village looking out over the lagoon to the sea, beautiful. Two great pools and lots more to do, if you want. Our studio was perfect for 2. Little kitchenette were we did breakfast, plenty of room and the view from the balcony perfect, staff helpful and eager to please. Free boat trips to the beach across the lagoon. Perfectly placed for access to Cabanas promenade. We hired bikes, just 10 euros for the day. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back to Golden club. Great parking too Bem obrigado.

Séjour agréable un désagrément par une inondation pour lequel changement de chambre sans aucune aide n'y compensation pas d'explication (débrouiller vous 😵😵) manque de respect de la part des clients trop bruyant. Sinon endroit magnifique plage de sable fin au top soleil chaleur génial.

Estadia calma
De uma maneira geral a estadia correu bem. A nível das refeições, poucas opções, mas tudo muito bem confeccionadas. Notava-se uma clara falta de staff, apesar de os empregados se esforçarem para tentarem fazer o máximo possível e estarem sempre disponíveis. Por vezes gerava-se alguma confusão no restaurante e filas, bem como a falta de reposição de comida. A limpeza não é diária. Alojamento sobretudo para familias e muito indicada para estas. Apartamentos com condições razoáveis, sendo que deveriam ser melhorado as janelas existentes, bem como os WC's. As piscinas existentes são agradáveis e as espreguiçadeiras estavam sempre organizadas, bem como havia sempre disponibilidade destas e guarda sois. Existência de dois barcos para a travessia da ria, estando sempre os mesmos a circular, o que tornava a mesma rápida.
