Im Hotel sind alle sehr zuvorkommend, entspannt und machen einem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die vier fußläufig erreichbaren Strände sind sehr abwechslungsreich und gepflegt. Das Essen ist hervorragend und es gibt ein wöchentlich wiederholendes Programm, das auch lokale Spezialitäten wie die Cataplana enthält. Das Frühstück ist solide, dabei der Käse besser als die Wurstauswahl.

nicht unsere erste all inclusive-Anlage, aber mit Abstand die AM BESTEN GEFÜHRTE. Die Chefs jeden Tag am Restauranteingang, um nach der Stimmung zu fragen, oder ob es etwas zu verbessern gäbe. Essen super und abwechslungsreich, schönes Animationsprogramm.

Lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen
Die sehr saubere Anlage mit unglaublich freundlichen, sprachgewandten Mitarbeitern liegt ca. 800m vom örtlichen Strand entfernt. Das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Bars sind durchgehend bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Die Animation haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den wir kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage parken konnten. Das Apartment war sehr groß, ruhig mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle (für Babynahrung), kaum Geschirr aber mit Balkon. Allerdings kostet die Nutzung des Safe 2 EUR am Tag. Wir sind zwar ohne Kinder gereist, das Hotel ist aber sehr auf kleine Kinder (bis ca. 10 Jahre) eingestellt. Die meisten Gäste waren Familien und kamen aus England (sehr höflich und rücksichtsvoll). Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub - gerne wieder!
Wir/ich waren nun zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und ich kann erneut positives Feedback geben. Freundlichkeit, Service, Sauberkeit und gutes Essen, man ist hier wirklich darauf bedacht, dem Gast alles so angenehm wie möglich zu bereiten. Das Abendprogramm ist jedoch weiterhin steigerungsfähig und sollte, soweit möglich, auf das Publikum abgestimmt werden. Jetzt Mitte/Ende September gab es überall einen ruhigen Platz zum Entspannen. Empfehlenswert sind auch die Massagen, obwohl im Freien untern Pavillon, kommt man hier voll auf seine Kosten. . Danke für die angenehmen Tage! . "Wer jedoch aufhört, besser zu werden, hat aufgehört, gut zu sein"

Eine Reise wert!
Verreist waren wir als Mutter mit Tochter. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die komplette saubere und gepflegte Anlage, sowie die Freundlichkeit, welche uns von Anfang an entgegengebracht wurde. Lobbybereich und die Apartments sind großzügig, sauber und modern im Retrostil eingerichtet. Das Essen ist für ein All-in Hotel überdurchschnittlich gut, Qualität und Auswahl stimmen, sehr vielfältig, egal ob Salate und Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Dessert - frische Zubereitung von Fisch und Fleischgerichten... das "Auge" isst mit. Die Getränkeauswahl ist gut, auch die Weinsorten sind ausgewogen. Verbesserungswürdig sind die Cocktails. Obwohl wir in der Vorsaison (Anfang Mitte Juni) verreisten, war leider selten ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden. Auch im Restaurant ist frühes Essen von Vorteil, da zum späterem Zeitpunkt eher unruhig und lautstark. Für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Getränkeselbstbedienung beim Abendessen. Das Servicepersonal ist nur für das Abräumen der Tische und Neueindecken zuständig. Kein Service am Tisch! Manchmal etwas demotivierte Mitarbeiter im Restaurant - vielleicht weil kein Service und dadurch auch kein oder wenig Trinkgeld fließt...? Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und alle angebrachten Wünsche wurden vom Hotelpersonal schnell und großzügig umgesetzt.

Solid family stay
A solid family resort, the kids club was 5 stars they were all brilliant with our oldest. The food was alright and the room was very good. To improve, I'd suggest more variety of dinners, slightly disappointing considering the cost of the all inclusive stay. Slightly annoying that after day 1 we weren't allowed inflatables in the pool, particularly for the baby, made any pool visit stressful and it wasn;t clearly explained.

The ban on buoys and inflatables, as well as balls in swimming pool, is due to safety issues and to maintain the health and safety conditions of the water. This is a rule of the hotel so that all guests are comfortable and safe and that they can enjoy the area without limitations. Sometimes our team allow exceptions in children's pool. However, whenever it is verified that the safety of guests and the tranquility of the pool area are at risk, we reinforce the limitation of the use of these objects. Great hotel
This hotel was amazing, the staff was super friendly and nothing was to much bother. The hotel and grounds were spotless. There was a great variety of food and quality was great. The on site water park was great with lifeguards on hand. The water park was enclosed so it was very safe with little one. I would definitely go again.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at Club Humbria. We travelled as 2 families of 4 and we all said we would return and recommend this hotel. The food was very tasty and we always found plenty that we liked to eat. The snack bar was great for the children to grab something at lunchtime in between enjoying the slides or kids club. The breakfast was lacking a couple more choices of cereal for the children and maybe an omelette station would be a great addition at breakfast. The rooms are big and were cleaned daily and we had a great room overlooking the pool in block G. The beach is only a short stroll away which was nice for a change of scenery. Towels can be changed daily at reception, which is fab. The entertainment for the kids was great, but it did start a little late for toddlers and young children. The staff work so hard at the bar and keeping the grounds immaculate too.

The cleanest apartment and resort I’ve ever stayed in . Fantastic facilities so much to do at the complex and the entertainment staff really made the holiday extra special great for children and families . This hotel was amazing! Not one bad thing to comment. Whole hotel, pool area and rooms were of an excellent standard. Hotel was very accommodating when emailing them. In advance of my booking. Kids area ideal to watch them play from your sunbed. Rooms were spacious and clean. All inclusive food and drink great too. Highly recommend and would return. It was my first visit but my families second.

Great for a family with younger kids
Very pleasant stay but not really walking distance to anything else. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All inclusive was nice, breakfast was fantastic, but lunch and dinner was just average. Lots of choices but nothing stood out. If ur looking for portuguese cuisine, it wont be here. Great if you have kids. I would go back with my child but as a couple only trip i would go elsewhere.

Amazing all inclusive service
Great all inclusive stay!! Food was great even as a vegetarian I had plenty options. Slightly varied on a daily basis so didn’t get too repetitive or bored and food was available throughout the day (great snack bar by the pool)! We were also allowed to have lunch and snack after complimentary late check out aswell which was great! All in all 10/10 for service! Only downside was I underestimated how noisy kids can be as it is predominantly a hotel for families and kids so if you’re looking for a quiet/romantic get away probably not the best place and the pool was a tiny bit on the cold side!

This was a nice resort but it was overrun with screaming children. The "adults" bar closed every night with 15 screaming toddlers running around, every meal had kids running and in the buffet area. Great spot for families but not for anyone else.

Outstanding hotel!
This hotel is amazing. The food is excellent, outstanding service, great facilities, clean and comfortable room. Our kids loved the kids club and mini disco. Everything was excellent - if I could rate it higher I would.

Lovely hotel
Amazing hotel, all the staff is super nice and helpful, food is always fresh and tasty with good variety. All very well organised and Covid safety measures in place at all times. Delicious cocktails served at the pool. Nothing to fault the hotel, we’ve had a fantastic stay.
