„We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.“

„We stayed in a lovely 1870 home. The owner is working hard to fix it up. I and my family wre up there for my daughter's wedding she married someone from upstate New York. I did not have any trouble getting in touch with the homeowner. There was just minor hiccups but the owner helped out alot. When the house is completely finished I would love to come back and stay again.“

„We had very good trip to the Avoca/Hornell area. The home was clean and comfortable and the owner was responsive to messages throughout our stay. This is a good place for 5 to 8 people. It is very large and there is a lot of room to spread out. “
