„Der Service des Hotels war wirklich nicht zu übertreffen, man war allzeit bemüht, uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten. An einem Tag zum Beispiel erschien unsere zuvor extern gebuchte Mitfahrgelegenheit nicht, sodass wir einen geplanten Termin beinahe verpasst hätten. Der Concierge allerdings organisierte uns in so kurzer Zeit einen Ersatz, dass wir es dennoch pünktlich schafften. Man kann das Hotel wirklich in allen Punkten empfehlen!“

„Nice Hotel in good area. Service good , rooms ok , breakfast good , just annoying a lot of childrens don't have any behavior in the restaurant. Missing service at the pool bar and also the maon bar.closed at 11:30 pm. Not really normal for a 5* Hotel.“

„The room was small, the pool was closed. Reading lamps were broken. In the toilet one flush was broken. Tricky way to switch on/off some lights in the room. No direct access to the beach or own beach. The pictures of the hotel far from reality. There are better hotels in Alexandria in terms of the price ,place, quality and location. “

„Positiv: Phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Sogar ein Kühlschrank,ein Wasserkocher ,(Tee,Nescafé und Wasser gratis)und ein Save im Zimmer. Gut abgedichtete Fenster. Negativ: leider laut,da an der Corniche gelegen.“

„In general good hotel for relaxing , Only bad that the beach is not in the same place and the rented beach has poor facilities no music no open sea view and bad toilets / showers , and the pool is not big enough but not bad , disadvantage : they allow people to use the beach without proper summing suit - with Hijab and Nikab . Enjoyed sea view , music on the pool , breakfast and dinner . They have many problems in maintenance ( air condition - plumbing- mini bar cooling ), we suffered a ...
