„Der Service des Hotels war wirklich nicht zu übertreffen, man war allzeit bemüht, uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten. An einem Tag zum Beispiel erschien unsere zuvor extern gebuchte Mitfahrgelegenheit nicht, sodass wir einen geplanten Termin beinahe verpasst hätten. Der Concierge allerdings organisierte uns in so kurzer Zeit einen Ersatz, dass wir es dennoch pünktlich schafften. Man kann das Hotel wirklich in allen Punkten empfehlen!“

„Nice Hotel in good area. Service good , rooms ok , breakfast good , just annoying a lot of childrens don't have any behavior in the restaurant. Missing service at the pool bar and also the maon bar.closed at 11:30 pm. Not really normal for a 5* Hotel.“

„Das Hotel liegt abseits von städtischen Gebieten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das macht es einerseits angenehm ruhig, der Ausblick ist jedoch eher gewöhnunsbedürftig. Man hat die Wahl zwischen Raffinerie, Autostraße oder Industrielagune. Zimmer sind hell und groß, Zimmerservice könnte etwas genauer putzen.“

„We had the most amazing family time. Staff is great , hotel very clean , service is excellent. we arrived around 12:30 PM , and staff checked us in already. Also the rooms booked were garden view , and they got us pool/sea view. It goes without saying the beach there is insane. Overall it was a wonderful time spent , and am glad Carols is still maintaining their quality lever.“

No direct access to the beach or own beach. The pictures of the hotel far from reality. There are better hotels in Alexandria in terms of the price ,place, quality and location. “

„In general good hotel for relaxing , Only bad that the beach is not in the same place and the rented beach has poor facilities no music no open sea view and bad toilets / showers , and the pool is not big enough but not bad , disadvantage : they allow people to use the beach without proper summing suit - with Hijab and Nikab .
