„It's a nice property in a quite and peaceful setting. We had two adult couples, and found that there was room for all of us. The folding table leafs in the family room and kitchen were a nice addition for utilizing space. Since we were meeting friends at another lake property while in town, we didn't take advantage of the lake front features.“

„We had a wonderful 4 nights at this property! Beautiful views and awesome location. We enjoyed swimming right at the property but also loved the ability to rent the pontoon and take that around the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the property was stocked with everything we could ever need. The garage space was great to hang out in and offered a nice gathering area. Would consider coming back, and highly recommend. “

„We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided ...

„This house was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of 14. Beds were amazing! Loved the open kitchen and living room. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone! The only minor thing was that the interstate is a short distance from the house so there was constant traffic noise, but it didn't really interfere with conversation out on the deck. Another suggestion would be to have more fridge space. For large groups like ours it was very tight even using the small fridge and cooler ...

„Two besties met halfway for a girls weekend. Close to Alexandria and all it has to offer. The Boathouse was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the beautiful fall colors on the lake. Host was available by phone and let me know that by a phone call before I checked in. Everything was easy and I would not hesitate to book again. In fact my friend even said we need to do this again. “

„It was a fantastic property, exactly as described. The uniqueness of the shape made it really cool. It was lovely cátedra on a beautiful lake and kayaks were provided. The owner was always available if for some reason we needed to communicate. Everybody would enjoy their stay and would definitely miss out on an amazing experience if they didn’t check it out. „This was a beautiful property with a spacious lawn and sandy beach. We loved having the big game room for rainy days and the 2 large bunk rooms were comfortable and were great for all the kids. We did a girls room and a boys room. Lots of towels and linens and huge washer/ dryer. Would've been nice to have a master bathroom, but we made it work with the 2 bathrooms. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back!“

„The house was great for a gathering of friends and family. Walkable to town (if you're a walker). Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals.
