„We had a great time in this lovely Cottage. We loved to watch birds and squirrels on our balcony. We enjoyed playing with the owner´s dog Ralph and canoeing on the loch. Portnellan is a great starting Point to reach almost every destination in the Highlands. Our tip for families ist to do the GoApe treetop challenge in Aberfoyle. Enjoy your stay, we did it.“

„The lodge is located a bit higher than the neighbour lodges and therefore the view to the Holy Loch was excellent. Each morning during breakfast you see the see in onother shape or colour due to weather conditions. Of course, there was scotish weather but durtig rainy intervals the lodge was well equipped and the wlan works perfect. Thanks for the support.“

„We were a group of 3 looking for hiking, waterfalls, good food and relaxation. We had it all! The process from beginning to end was exeptional and the communication from the host, Doug was 1st class. We arrived early and he allowed us to check in early. Always stopped for a chat and was on call if we needed anything. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the water front location was something else. „Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done.“
