„Some issues with this property, disherwash door & shower door broken, was resolved the same day. Inside windows are very dirty. Rest of house clean. It has 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs with a bath under the stairs. Doesn’t say it’s downstairs we assumed both were upstairs. Wi-Fi virtually non existent signal on and off during the day NO signal in the evening. Was reported but nothing was done about it, needs a provider with a good signal. Great location house was very well ...

„The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds, ...

„We liked the cottage and the location ... just a few minutes walk to the beach and the High Street, and Martello Tower just a bit further. Parking was a bit of a lottery, but I guess residents are used to it ... thankfully we didn't have much to transfer from the car and so were not overly affected. Aldeburgh is a really interesting place, and not just the sea front areas ... all in all, it is well worth the lengthy trip from the M25 to get here.“

„There was cob webs in bedrooms which the young kids did not like, rugs where dangerous as kids slip on them so we had to take them up. Shower pressure was very low. The maintenance man turned up on the 2nd day which we was originally told he be there on the Friday to cut the grass and hedge. Our stay was for a wedding so we couldn’t take photos out side as he was there and this really should have been done before. our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay and the house was nice “

„The property was clean and neat. Smaller than I anticipated. Anyone over 6' beware, low ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom. Shower not built for tall people. 2 flights of stairs to the bedrooms which were very pleasant. Both bedrooms had basins which was a blessing because the only bathroom was on the ground floor.Our experience was marred by the fact that we were given the wrong code for the keysafe and had to wait well over an hour to get into the property on arrival. I spoke on the phone ...

Lots of little extras/attention to detail made our stay very enjoyable. Bedrooms were all comfortable with crisp white linen. Having 3 bathrooms is a must as a family of 5 with 3 teenagers for the morning rush. They were happy so we were able to get ready and out with no drama’s to enjoy the day exploring Aldeburgh and the surrounding ...

„Beautiful property , very tastefully furnished and clean . Beds comfortable.Only complaint is the patio doors/ windows could do with a good clean, also the decking outside needs sweeping and all the glass railings brushed and washed.“

The location is great just a 15 minute to the beach and town while being closely located to a friendly pub and a Co-op and a tesco store for all of your groceries. Parking for a single car on the drive and street parking. We were very pleased with our choice of accomodation“
