Strand direkt vorm Hotel. Nur die Straße durch queren. Buffet bietet viel Auswahl. Obere Stockwerke zu empfehlen da diese saniert wurden. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Würde es empfehlen.

Ein etwas älteres 3 Sterne Hotel.. Das Zimmer war etwas größer als das Bett.. Keine Möglichkeit Kleider aufzuhängen außer im Schrank.. Dusche für mich ausreichend für kräftige Leute wirds eng! Fahrstuhl blieb fast täglich hängen.. Pool ok.. Lage zum Strand und Ort ebenso.. Essen typisch spanisches Buffer.. Man findet aber immer etwas. Fleisch, Fisch immer genug vorhanden.. Ich war tagsüber immer unterwegs und abends zeitig im Bett.. Zur Animation kann ich daher nichts sagen

Zimmer sehr sehr einfach, oberflächlich geputzt! All Inclusive Getränke nur in Plastikbechern (Katastrophe!) Pool sehr klein und die sichtbare Gebäude des Hotels und Umgebung sehr schmutzig u vergammelt. Macht keinen guten Eindruck. Personal und Rezeption alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Keine Badetücher für Pool!!

Gutes, sauberes Mittelklassehotel.
Dieses Hotel hat familiären Charme. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren zwar nicht allzu groß, aber hatten alles was man braucht. Elektrofreaks sollten eine Tischsteckdose mitnehmen.....es gibt nur je eine Steckdose im Badezimmer und im Hauptzimmer. Ein Haartrockner sollte, wenn erforderlich, ebenfalls von Zuhause mitgenommen werden, da nicht vorhanden. Den kann man dann vor Ort mieten. Ansonsten......Daumen hoch........sehr nette, freundliche und fleißige Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen....da gibt's nichts zu meckern. Wir würden hier nochmal Urlaub machen.

wir hatten drei wunderschöne Tage , Strand Nähe , super schöner Strand , waren mit Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert da man von Alcudia wunderschöne Orte besuchen kann, das Hotel ist empfehlenswert ( Halbpension ) Buffet sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei , Personal sehr höfflich, Einkaufsmeile ganz Nah, rundherum nette Lokale ,

Für einen Kurzurlaub ist es OK
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum wunderschönen Strand. Das Hotel ist alt und das Zimmer, welches wir hatten war klein und wir hatten eini Mini-Dusche, welche selbst für eine kleine Person wie mich, viel zu klein war. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Zimmer ausreichend, für einen längeren Urlaub, würden wir es nicht buchen. Ausserdem ist es sehr ringhörig und man hätte für einen Haartrockner oder für das TV noch extra bezahlen müssen.

Laute Umgebung und altes und viel zu kleines Bad.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Kreuzung. Eine Stunde in der Nacht ist im und um das Hotel herum ruhe. Ansonsten pausenlos Lärm. Das Bad ist kleiner als eine FlugzeugToilette. Leider haben wir pro Dusche jedesmal das Nachbarzimmer ungewollt unter Wasser gesetzt. Das Publikum einfach. Das Essen unerwartet zum Rest der Hotelanlage, recht gut. Aber für ein Erholungsurlaub absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Superschöner Strand und tolle Gegend, Alcudia ist nur 2km entfernt, es lohnt sich für eine Besichtigung der Altstadt mit historischem Stadtkern.

Gorgeous sea view from the room. Room was clean and well maintained. The shower sometimes pushed out very hot water for a few seconds but on the whole it was nice. Large walk in shower. The food was lovely and always a good selection. Staff could be a little bit off but on the whole friendly enough

Short walk to beach, worked well for LCT triathlon. As with most hotels in Alcudia at this time of year, they were shutting up for 4 months which meant that they were running out of a lot of stuff such as orange juice and white wine, bit of an issue if all inclusive. Most of the staff were pleasant. It is also would noting that Alcudia was a bit of a ghost town over the winter.

Nice holiday
Very nice area, close to the buss station, shops and beach. Very good food, friendly staff, and nice entertainment. Very clean room but a little bit small and the furniture need to be change because is old. Overall is quite and good hotel.

Aamiainen alkaa vasta klo. 8:00, voisi alkaa tuntia aiemmin. Huoneen lämmityslaite ei toiminut. Edullinen hotelli, säännölliset siivoukset, siistijöille pisteitä.

Could be better.
The hotel is located in a good position for the beach. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel needs updating. There was one electric plug in the bedroom halfway up the wall!! No use for charging phone. The bathroom was small, no shelves, no towels rails (these were left on a stool) and a shower so small that water went everywhere. I am about 5foot 4 and I hit my face on the taps every time I showered and my husband kept turning it off as there was no room to turn around. There was a TV on the wall above the door into the bathroom. OK to watch if you were in the bed looking at it but the other bed had hidden viewing because of the wardrobe. Beds comfy and room clean. Food was adequate. Good selection at breakfast and evening meal. An enjoyable stay though.

Hôtel tres bien situé à alcudia. Proche de la mer et des commerces/restaurants. Mais décevant. Hôtel vieillissant. Lit peu confortable. Chambre bruyante. Parti du 7 au 14 oct, bar extérieur fermé le soir alors que l'hôtel était toujours complet. Animation peu intéressante. Et population de l'hôtel assez âgée. Pas très intéressant pour un jeune couple ou un séjour entre amis. Mais dans l'ensemble semaine de vacances tres correct nous ne sommes pas beaucoup restés à l'hôtel.

Nor good enough!
Could not live up to basic safety regulations, several times there was power-failure, and the fire doors did not close as they should. The same ting on every floor. That did not feel good when I was traveling with my tow children. The elevators was in very poor condition, people got stuck every other day.

Hotellet trenger oppgradering. Kan umulig klassifiseres som et hotell med 3 stjerner. Veldig lytt, hører alt som foregår på naborommene. Ferien vår ble reddet av fin strand og bra nærområde. Hadde all inklusiv, men spiste som regel middag ute.

Problema de los ascensores! Por dios! Nos tocaba subir andando hasta el séptimo piso todos los días! El resto bien, la comida decente, bastante variedad, el personal amable, mucha animación, si buscais descansar, igual no es el lugar, en la piscina siempre hay actividades y no te puedes bañar tranquilamente si lo deseas, porque es bastante pequeña, pero si te gusta el entretenimiento muy bien. Los shows de por la noche muy entretenidos! Las bebidas del todo incluido enfocadas a ingleses, a mi gusto, muy poca calidad, marcas blancas y vasos de plástico, pero aun así Repetiría.

Et generelt godt ophold på et dejligt hotel
Generelt var det et godt ophold. Manden der var i receptionen da jeg ankom, var ikke særlig god til engelsk, så han var svær at forstå. Jeg havde bestilt halvpension, men han informerede mig ikke om, at der ikke hørte drikkevarer med i aftenmåltidet, så det var lidt pinligt syntes jeg, at jeg var ved at tage sodavand, og så der kommer en tjener og siger, det må du ikke... Det havde været rart at vide inden. Jeg syntes elevatorsystemet ikke er ideelt til sådan et stort hotel.. De 2 elevatorer var meget tit optaget og man stod og ventede ret længe på dem. Rengøringspersonalet burde have deres egen elevator, da de optager elevatoren rigtig meget om morgenen og formiddagen når de skal op og ned med alle deres ting.

Rommet var så lite at man ikke kom rundt senga med kofferten. Dusjen var like liten, tipper 0,5 kvm. Man kunne ikke snu seg i dusjen uten å skru den av, og hele badet ble et badebasseng. Mugg og vond lukt på badet. Veldig lytt på rommene. Frokosten var bra, men det var alt for mange mennesker på ett sted. Vaskepersonalet gjorde en god jobb, og hotellet fremstod rent! Kommer ikke til å reise tilbake!

Bathroom had no door. Paper thin walls making the room extremely noisy. Food was great. Waiter took a bottle of water from our dinner table on our final evening whilst informing us "No drinks if you are only half board"

Nice hotel ,two minits walk to beach,shops ect
Well its not often that the photos you see on the hotel website are the same as the hotel,its very well kept,staff work tirelessly all day for you and cheerfull,i had romm 812 on 8th floor seaview and was the best decition as it was fantastic to wake uo to the sunrise and sea views in the morning and just lovely at sunset on the balcony,at least 6 uk chanells,shower room size was efficient ,toilet was in a bit of a funny angle but not a probleme for me but may be a ishue with say heavier guests. Soundproofing beetwen rooms not good so take ear plugs .food was excelent and all food groops are offered and well prepared fromm full english breackfast to great supper . Cant fault it apart from the room soundproofing ,i would glady go again

Nice clean hotel but has walls very thin
Had a nice time until the last few days we had new neighbours we were in room 716 they were 717. They were incredibly noisy screaming all night until 5 am. I initially thought it was young people but sadly they were in there 50s and 60s. We complained to reception. They said would sort it but they were still the same. Also the other side room 715 we could hear snoring all night.

We stayed 5 days there. The room is simple and clean. We booked half board. Buffet is fine. We did not like that drinks (at least water) was not even included and had to pay extra for it. This was never mentioned when proceeding to the reservation. WIFI and safe are charged extra and not that cheap :-( :-(. When we wanted to check in our room was not ready. We came 1hour later as recommended by the receptionist and our room was still not ready. We did not really appreciate it and had to wait another hour. Rooms above the pool are loud as you have music at the pool until 10:30-11:pm.

The rooms are very basic, air con worked OK, good size TV with about six English channels. Small bathrooms, good shower,basic toiletries, No hair dryers. Beds comfortable enough. Good size balcony with city view. The dining room got busy so the food ran out quickly but replenish frequently, food OK but needed more veggie options(I don't eat meat or fish) Bar, dining and cleaning Staff friendly. The reception staff especially the lady couldn't do enough to help. Pool area is smallish for the size of the hotel, (we went in October) and if you went in the height of summer you would have trouble getting a sun bed.Overall the hotel was very clean and a basic 3***

This Hotel is a short walk to the beach, shops
The hotel is kept very clean but the rooms are small and the showers very small and poor water power! Initially the food was very good and varied but went down hill by the end of first week! The sweets provided became much of a muchness after a few days. The Entertainment at night was poor with just 2 acts actually enjoyed! The man in charge of running the nights activities was very poor! Our last night there consisted of 2 quizzes...films/pop songs. These papers were marked by the entertainment guy and the prize given to people he knew and we were never given a rundown of the answers. When we asked we were told they were out of time to do so, yet, were still there 30minutes after!!

El personal del hotel es bastante amable, aunque seguimos sin entender por qué estando en España no hay alguien en recepción que hable aunque sea un poco de español.... La limpieza en general del hotel. La habitación bastante sucia la dejaban: no limpiaban el baño en los 9 días que estuvimos y el suelo ni lo barrían. La situación está bastante bien, playas bonitas alrededor. La comida esta regulera. El todo Incluído: un poco penoso. Bebidas NI SU por doquier, vermú que no se a qué debía de saber eso, luego en las comidas, en el propio buffet, te pedías una botella pequeña de agua y la tenías que pagar, teníamos que salir a la barra de afuera, pedir (ahí no había que pagarla) y volver al buffet. Si volviera a Mallorca preferiría no repetir en este sitio la verdad.

Vista mare wow
Hotel datato, camere minuscole, vista mare fantastica, nemmeno in 5* vista mare così spettacolare. La posizione è eccezionale, il mare e la spiaggia da sogno. La cucina è orribile, tutto surgelato, nulla di spagnolo, frutta buona e tanta.

Rummet var ok, maten var bra och servicen var fantastisk. Närheten till strand och city var positivt. Enda negativt var att hissarna inte var så stora och kö bildades vid rusningstider. Vi hade barnvagn så trapporna var inte alltid ett alternativ för oss. Hotellet rekommenderas varmt!

Great holidays at Condes de Alcudia
Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Condes de Alcudia. The only minus were the day of arrival and the first night, when the hotel was fully booked. Thus, they could only give us a very small room with a tiny bathroom, in the back side of the hotel, near the fire escape stairs. One could hardly take a shower in that bathtub or wash in the tiny sink. Moreover, the drain was clogged and water leaked from the shower came out in the room. However, the lady at the reception desk was very kind and promised she will make the necessary arrangements for a good room to be provided in the morning of the next day. Indeed, shortly after the check-out time, the room was cleaned up and we've been given a very nice, spacious room, overlooking the bay and the resort. This really paid off for the unpleasantness of the first night. Also, the services in the restaurant were very good, while the food was plentiful, varied and tasty. As a recommendation, free WiFi in the room should be considered in the future, as an additional service the customers can benefit of. For the time being, this is only available in the hotel's lobby for half an hour daily and the connectivity is not so good.
