The fully equipped kitchen features modern cabinetry, a dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast or cooking dinner, you'll find all the essentials close at hand.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, while large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a peaceful and inviting retreat for a restful night's sleep.

The second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, making it an ideal space for children, friends, or additional guests.

The chic bathroom combines modern design with elegant details, featuring a walk-in shower, a stylish vessel sink, and contemporary fixtures. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience.

Step outside and enjoy the spacious outdoor area, thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and outdoor dining. With a large outdoor sofa and a dining table, it's the perfect place to enjoy a meal, spend quality time together, or unwind in the fresh air.

For added comfort, the house also includes a washer and dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A comfortable property in Alcochete, a charming riverside town on the southern bank of the Tagus River, known for its peaceful atmosphere, traditional streets, and authentic Portuguese character. Guests can enjoy local cafés, restaurants serving fresh seafood, and small shops while experiencing a more relaxed side of the Lisbon region.
The town’s historic center and riverside promenade are perfect for leisurely walks, offering beautiful views across the Tagus estuary. Nature lovers can explore the nearby Tagus Estuary Nature Reserve, an important wetland known for its rich birdlife, including flamingos. The Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet is also nearby, offering a wide range of shops and restaurants.
With convenient road access to Lisbon, this is an excellent base for combining riverside relaxation, nature, shopping, and cultural visits to Portugal’s capital.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Alcochete (Av. Restauração) EB Manuel I, is just a 1-minute walk away, with connections to Lisbon, Montijo and other surrounding areas.

Alcochete does not have a train station, so bus services are the main public transport option. Lisbon Airport (LIS) is approximately a 30–40-minute drive away, depending on traffic.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
