Located in a calm area with no nearby bars or nightlife noise, the house offers space, privacy and an easy, stress-free stay just minutes from beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.

Sleeping up to 8–9 guests, the villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it especially convenient for families or groups travelling together. The house is bright, practical and welcoming, with a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, fast Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The villa is designed for groups who want to stay together comfortably while still enjoying some privacy.

The interior is practical and easy to use, with generous, well-distributed spaces. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms make group stays more comfortable, avoiding waiting times and allowing more independence between guests.

The open-plan living area is a simple and welcoming space to unwind at the end of the day, and the kitchen includes everything needed for everyday use.

The outdoor area is set up for relaxed, easy days.

The private above-ground pool is ideal for cooling off on warm days, while the sun loungers and shaded outdoor dining area with BBQ create a perfect setting for long lunches or relaxed evenings.

It’s also a safe and enjoyable space for children to play, while adults can unwind.

Casa Charlotte is located in Quinta da Balaia, a well-established residential area in Albufeira, known for its calm atmosphere and convenient location.

Praia de Santa Eulália: 5 min drive

A great location for staying close to everything while avoiding busy nightlife.

The house is best suited for families, couples or small groups looking for a relaxed stay.
It is not suitable for parties, high-noise groups, or bookings made on behalf of younger groups.

🔒 Security deposit

A refundable €1000 security deposit is required prior to arrival.

This is standard for private villas and helps us maintain the house to a high standard for all guests. The deposit is fully returned after check-out, following a routine inspection.

Deductions may apply in case of damage, excessive cleaning, or house rule breaches, and will always be clearly communicated.
