Situated behind the resort of Albufeira, Villa Encosta Do Sol is a grand palatial looking house with views across the resort and down to the sea. The villa is built across three levels with plenty of space to relax inside and out, it is decorated in a modern style and there are many modern appliances and state-of-the-art features including a centrally controlled shutter system keeping the house cool during the summer days and providing additional security.As you enter the property, a large entrance hall leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, with patio doors leading to the large, inviting pool area.

From the upper floor balconies you can enjoy outstanding sea views, a great place to relax, and there are also views of the large private pool below, which includes a barbecue and outdoor dining area for alfresco dining in the warm summer nights. The villa also has the added comfort of free air conditioning and Wi- Fi for your convenience. When you need respite from the sun, conveniently next to the pool area is a newly renovated games room with seating and dining facilities for extra enjoyment.

A few steps down from the dining room lead to the stylish lounge which has a large comfortable white leather sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player and doors to a terrace which overlooks the pool. There’s also a single bedroom on this floor, plus several steps lead up to a twin bedroom with adjacent full bathroom.

Upstairs on the second floor there’s a large double bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom with double-sinks, and access to a small terrace from one side of the room and a large terrace from the other.
