Situated in a prime position, just 5 minutes’ walk from Calan Porter's wide choice of eateries, Villa Maru III is perfect for a leisurely holiday with everything you need close by. Maru III has 3 lovely, bright bedrooms and a private pool with plenty of space for relaxing and alfresco dining. A 15 minute walk brings you to one of Menorca's premier attractions, the Caves of Xoroi, a bar perched on the clifftops with outstanding panoramic views of the sea. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Maru III offers a relaxing base and everything you need is within walking distance. The restaurants and bars of the area are within an easy amble, including the local mini markets. The beautiful, sandy beach of Calan Porter is just a 15 minute stroll away and has rustic beach bars for some great tapas with a view.  Don’t miss the Caves of Xoroi with its stunning coastal setting, a great place to watch the sunset whilst sipping on a cocktail.  The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away in Mahon.
