There were 10 adults and 2 teens and plenty of space for everyone.The view if the mountains and access to the Rio Grande made this the best place we’ve stayed while in South Fork. We especially enjoyed the large family and kitchen area for our group, and the kids took advantage of the game room and games. The kitchen was well equipped for our family needs.
