The property

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features two king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades. Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

The second bedroom also has a private entrance, kitchenette, and a small table for dining or remote work. The fully equipped main kitchen includes a refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and filtered drinking-water faucet. The breakfast bar seats three, and the dining area accommodates up to six guests.

The living room offers a full-size sofa bed, Smart TV, room-darkening shades, A/C and access to a private balcony with greenery views. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.

Guests can enjoy the shared rooftop pool, loungers, umbrellas, outdoor seating, and beautiful jungle and Caribbean Sea views.

Guests will have access to beautiful, swimmable Turtle Beach, where they can relax on the sand and soak up the Caribbean sunshine. It’s only an 8-minute walk or a quick drive from the condo, with free parking available. Your stay also includes complimentary access to a peaceful lagoon, perfect for snorkeling and enjoying the tropical surroundings.

Eco Sirenis:

Explore Eco Sirenis, a peaceful garden and jungle trail surrounded by native tropical plants and the relaxing sounds of nature. Enjoy a self-guided walk while learning about local plant species and Mayan history.

Rooftop Pool:

The rooftop pool area features comfortable loungers and sun umbrellas. Cool off in the pool or relax while taking in the peaceful jungle and Caribbean Sea views.

Grand Sirenis Day Pass:

Guests can purchase an all-inclusive day pass to Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa directly through us. The 9-hour pass runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and includes:

We can arrange entry access to Tulum Country Club, where guests can visit its restaurants. Food and drinks are not included and must be purchased separately. We can also arrange access to the TAO Wellness Center, featuring a gym and a traditional temazcal. Wellness Center fees are paid on-site.

Neighborhood

El Bosque by TAO México is located inside Grand Sirenis in Akumal, a peaceful coastal destination known as the “Place of the Turtles.” Guests may purchase an optional day pass to enjoy the amenities at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa. Full details are provided in the Guest Access section.

For added convenience, Grand Sirenis has an OXXO convenience store and a medical clinic within the community.

You’ll be ideally located just 25 minutes from Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, and Xplor; 15 minutes from Xel-Há and Akumal Monkey Sanctuary; 8 minutes from Yal-Kú Lagoon; and only 5 minutes from Akumal Bay, where you can snorkel with sea turtles. Akumal Village is also just 5 minutes away, offering a variety of shops and restaurants.
