„The setting of this property is beautiful. We were in a 1st floor apartment, with prefect views out to sea and the harbour. We arrived late 11pm and the owner was there to meet us and had provided tea, coffee, milk, water, orange juice, bread, butter and jam to see us through until the shops opened. "We stayed in this holiday home for a week in May. The house is conveniently located, shopping facilities, beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has covered terraces on two sides with seating in a largely unspoilt garden. There were two garden loungers, but due to their lack of cleanliness and condition, they were not inviting for use.The bedroom and living/dining room are nicely furnished, as can be seen in the pictures, the bathroom is simple and functional. On our arrival, the bathroom was not tip-top clean either. Unfortunately, the holder for the shower head was also defective (could not be fixed) and water ran out of the base of the toilet towards the floor drain after every flush, which could only be prevented by placing a cloth around the base of the toilet.The kitchen equipment was rather meagre for guests who like to cook for themselves (no scissors, no bowls, no chopping board, no potato peeler). A particular drawback in the kitchen was the cleanliness of the extractor bonnet (really unappetisingly greasy!) and the fact that its lighting was faulty. As a result, the entire worktop was so dark that we had to make up for it with bedside lamps.Overall, we felt that the price/performance ratio was not right, we would have expected more from a house in this price range."

"What an amazing hotel! I would highly recommend it. We were absolutely stunned. It's in a great location. The city center and the port of Kalamata are relatively close by if you go by car. They have a large parking area in the front. But, to be honest, the hotel is so amazing that you won't want to leave. The staff is very friendly. They upgraded our room, and we were so excited. We got to stay in a room that had its own private pool and garden. The breakfast was delicious with many fresh and tasty options. We also tried the spa and got a couples' massage, which was a great experience. The woman at the spa was very kind, and we felt very comfortable. All in all, it was an awesome experience, and we will come back in the future."

"Although the hotel is clean, the service in general didn’t meet my expectations of a hotel in this price category (roughly 150 Euro).! The staff often answered questions reluctantly, such as how to get to the city centre by bus. They seemed to get irritated easily and generally their level of english was very basic, so it wasn’t always easy to make oneself understood. Protection of the environment is not an issue at all, towels and bedsheets are replaced every day unquestioningly. It is not allowed to swim in the pool before ten o‘clock while there is still shade on the water. The choice of food and drinks in the hotel is not very big and without a car it’s difficult to get to a nice restaurant (dangerous road without sidewalk). Most eating places around the hotel are bustling beach bars with mainly unhealthy, not typically greek food. The best aspect of the hotel is the little quiet pebble beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, a very nice place to chill out with perfectly clean sea water."
