We have tried our best to make the space, comfortable, private and enjoyable to make you fill at home. However, nothing is perfect, so kindly contact us with all your queries if needed.

You will find the following in our beautiful basement appartment:

 A washer and drier in the furnace room. Soap is provided for the first time you arrive. There is an iron and a board for you, if needed.

 A washroom including a mirror & sink, a toilet, a bathtub & shower combo. Toilet paper, soap, shampoo & hair drier.

 A laundry room inside the furnace room including a washer & drier combo and soap to be refilled by you if finished it before departure.

A newly furnished kitchen including:

 A sink and a new dish drier,
 A new microwave,
 A new convention stove,
 An almost new fridge,
 A new kitchen cupboard with 9 wine glasses, 2 whisky glasses, a 8 people dinner set, a 10-piece cooking pot, a rice cooker a set of cutleries for 6 people, etc
 All the above-mentioned items are brand new.
 Plus, a coffee bar with a cuttler, coffee, tea, sugar and bottles of water.

An open space dining and living room tastefully and newly furnished with:

Guest Access to the basement apartment:

We value your privacy. As guests you do have access to one dedicated parking space, located on the west (left) side of the driveway.
Kindly Park in a way that allows another car to park besides and ensure enough space in front for garage access.

Guest Entry & Security:

The basement apartment has its own entrance located on the left side of the house and is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive a unique code via the Verbo app, which ensures only you have access during your stay. This code is reset between guests for added security.

Beneficial Restrictions:

 Domestic violence and other acts of violence: domestic and other acts of violence are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities. Such acts will end the rental contract immediately.
Smoking: smoking is strictly prohibited.
 Pets: due to health restrictions, pet are not allowed on and in the property.
 The property is not a party rental.
