We are disappointed to read to didn't enjoy your stay. So glad you found our staff and efficient. You must have missed them advising you of our energy saving air con units. Should you not close your balcony door properly, the unit will turn off. So sorry this effected your sleep. Thank you for stay and feedback.

Tania, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. Sounds like you had a fun time in Airlie with Magnums being across the road from us. I'm sorry you were disturbed by the council workers. 5am is unacceptable. And I will follow up on that. We are lucky to be within walking distance to Boost Juice and multiple places you can get a good fry up for hangovers. And of course, a refreshing dip in the lagoon to feel alive again.
