This apartment features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - The master with a private open plan bathroom, the second room is a queen with an ensuite. The third bedroom is a queen room (Separate bathroom).
The spacious first level balcony is accessible from the modern open plan lounge area as well as two of the larger bedrooms. This space is perfect for indoor outdoor living, family BBQ's and entertaining.
Head up to the rooftop where you will find the private pool, beautiful seating area, pool table and the most mesmerising sunsets.

Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules.

No smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.
