Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, including the three bedrooms, the dining/living room, the TV lounge, the fully equipped kitchen, the sunroom, the two bathrooms, the two separate half-bathrooms, and the office. Outside, enjoy the wooded park and its amenities.

We will send you the details for your arrival and the access code for the key box a few days before you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the peaceful neighborhood of Moulin-le-Comte, west of Aire-sur-la-Lys, through which the Lys River flows. Soak up the historic atmosphere of this place, once owned by the Counts of Flanders. Enjoy a relaxing stroll through the 3.5-hectare park along the river. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the new bike path. To explore the surrounding area, bicycles are available for free at City Hall on weekdays. This neighborhood offers an ideal setting for vacations with family or friends, or for remote work.



Getting Around:

Parking is easy on-site. You’ll find parking spaces on the property. You will find parking spaces on the property, right outside the house, free of charge.

You can even charge your electric car there.



Just 50 minutes from the Opal Coast and Lille, and 30 minutes from Belgium and Dennlys Parc, this apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the treasures of the Hauts-de-France region or enjoy this exceptional location with family or for work.



Other Things to Note:

You have access to the entire ground floor of the house, the first floor, and the staircase leading to the tower. The grounds are also at your disposal, along with all the amenities they offer. The old gate enclosing the property can be locked if necessary.



The staircase in the unit, leading from the ground floor to the first floor, is shared with the Tower Apartment, located on the top floor. A lockable door separates the upper part of the duplex from the staircase.
