They were very understanding and down to earth while the weather caused a difficult travel situation. Unit was clean when we arrived and stayed dry through island flooding. „Leider war die Bettwäsche und Handtücher verschmutzt und die Ansprechpartnerin nicht telefonisch zu erreichen. Beides ist ein No Go. Die Nachbarin hat dann gewaschen. Geschirr und Besteck waren unzureichend und der Küchenbereich der Wohnung nicht gut geputzt. Im Gelände wurden Hunde und Hühner (was Lärm verursachte) unter nicht zumutbaren Bedingungen gehalten. „The view from this unit is absolutely incredible easily the highlight of our stay, you get the harbour, the ocean the beach and the city lights. The location of the building is also a huge plus, making everything convenient and accessible. The building itself is also good and has a great cafe and some good little shops included in the lobby. „We had an awesome stay, the rooms were really spacious and super clean. The interior is calm and welcoming, everything was at its proper place and well furnished. Our 16 month old had a time of her life running around bare foot in the large house! The host (emma) is very kind, super responsive, and flexible. I wish we had stayed longer. “
