„I had an excellent stay! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Thank you, Kevin and Dan, for your hospitality. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!“

„Great property. Lots of room for our large dog. We had fun going to spring training baseball and would come back.“

„It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!“

„This made our first AZ experience over the top! We loved the privacy aspect and it was full of everything we needed, and we have to say the pool was our favorite part-private, clean and so fun. Hosts were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We will be coming back someday and will recommend this spot to our friends and family!“

„This was the best little place! VERY clean, easy check in, great location, very comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!“

„Excellent location close to baseball fields, restaurants and hiking trails. Owner was very responsive and place was comfortable and clean.“

„This was a great spot. Felt very private while outside in the pool. The host was very nice and prompt to respond to the few questions we had. The location was great. Very close to shops, restaurants, stores and anything else you might need while staying in the area. Overall wonderful experience! Would stay again.“

„Great Condo in very walkable neighborhood.I enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and the Condo was well stocked with anything needed.“

„Great! “

„The pool was dirty, the hot tub did not work, the thermostat malfunctioned, the A/C went off periodically in 112 heat, and to top it all off the host doubled the price for unfounded cleaning charges. we didn't party and took out all the trash, and loaded and ran the dishwasher. Also, the doors to the washer dryer were broken, a bathroom vent did not work, and there was clearly previous water damage. There is a second, tiny countertop microwave because the main one does not work. STAY AWAY.“

„Good use of space for 4 adults, 5 kids and a dog. Two bedrooms are hidden beyond the laundry room and each room has a window ac unit. It was quite warm when we arrived but it eventually cooled down to a good temperature throughout. It's in an older neighborhood but quiet area. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was extra comfortable, I slept so well! It is also well equipped with towels and toiletries, laundry detergents, extra sheets. It also has an entire closet of cleaning ...

„Host was very communicative and responsive. Property was exactly as advertised and very clean.“

„Very nice and spacious condo near the airport, downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.“

„Good location to Tempe Marketplace and Old Town Scottsdale“

„The house was very clean and everything was so nice! The whole family had their own space that we all needed. Only downside was probably not enough couch space/comfortable chairs to watch the tv.“

„We loved our stay! This house was perfect for a larger group. I would definitely stay here again “

„We had a chance to visit with our Phoenix family and play games on New Years Eve. We stayed outside most of the night. Great place to reconnect!“

„This home is fantastic! The pool is amazing. This home has everything you need and more. Communication with the owners is phenomenal. We would definitely rent again!“

„This place was so beautiful and relaxing... My family's fell in love with it, that I had to call the host to add another to my check. That how bad we didn't want to leave. So this will be my to go to everytime. Thank you Ryan for all that you provide for me and my family.“
