The HARITZA gite is located on the ground floor of the owner's house. It offers a main room with fully equipped American kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer), central island with sink and "snack" plan to share the meal on 4 stools, a living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160 ) each with its adjoining private bathroom (shower, basin, wc) and a French window opening onto a terrace. Sheets are provided as well as bathroom and household linen. The beds are made. Cot available but sheets not provided. High chair available. Underfloor heating is included. Cleaning deposit: €50. The cottage opens onto a private terrace of 25 m², a garden of 200 m² with garden furniture, swing with equipment and plancha. The property extends over approximately 1 hectare of meadows, lined with century-old trees. - gas for cooking (if the kitchen works with this energy) - water within the limits of reasonable consumption - a flat rate of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
