1. One good thing. Their personal starting with the people at reception are friendly and willing to solve the inconveniences found. As well the woman who assist with the light breakfast that is the only included. Not the lunch that Expedia mentions in their information of what is included in the room 2. The room are small and with poor illumination 3. We have difficulties to get hot water in the shower. It was reported and solve. 4. Expedia needs to update its information about the hotel about what is included.

"breakfast" is a small plate of fruit and some stale bread, instant coffee. Rooms are outdated and beds are extremely hard, not really comfortable to sleep in.

Don't expect a refund

Never set foot at this hotel. I called to cancel my reservation and they said they would send an email to confirm the cancellation. Never received anything. They just kept the money I had prepaid.

Todo estuvo perfecto pero el desayuno que ofrecen es una grosería solo te dan cereal fruta y leche como si fueras niño. si quieres un desayuno decente tiene costo extra que mal rollo que ni unos huevos revueltos te pueda ofrecer el lugar

SEGURO Y LIMPIO

El personal para hacer check in fue rápido y eficiente, la limpieza del lugar es muy buena , tiene muebles viejos pero igual los tienen limpios. Hay un letrero que dice “respete el sueño de los demás”pero igual desde la mañana el personal de limpieza se habla bastante fuerte y se escucha todo no dejan dormir, ademas que tiene mucho eco el hotel. La ubicación es buena , tiene salidas rápidas a cualquier zona de la ciudad de Aguas, tiene estacionamiento el hotel y se siente seguro el lugar.

Hotel Posada Aguascalientes

La atención de los recepcionistas muy buena menos de una señorita que nunca supimos su nombre, la señora en cocina excelente súper amable y cocina muy rico. Mencionaron que teníamos desayuno los tres días de nuestra estancia pero solo fueron dos. La habitación es muy chiquita, las fotos que muestran en redes son algo engañosas. Fuimos 4 personas y solo ponen una botellita de agua. Busqué que estuviera en el centro de Aguascalientes, dijeron que sí estaba y no lo está. No la pasamos mal pero creo que no regresaríamos.

Habitación sin agua caliente, la descripción del hotel decía que incluía un desayuno continental mismo que nos negaron posteriormente a realizar el chek in, toda la noche hubo un ruido constante, como si estuviera activa una planta de luz (solo por la noche, por la mañana y tarde no estaba el ruido). En la habitación la electricidad fallaba, se encendió el TV a las 7:00, no había electricidad o estaba baja.
