Maris Villas, a complex of three autonomous villas, welcomes you to Elounda for an unforgettable holiday. Each villa spans three levels and offers three bedrooms and a private swimming pool. Maris Villa 2 covers 143 m2 and can accommodate 6 guests.


Elounda is a famous destination in Crete and the Villa is located just 3,4km from its lively centre, where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and various shops. Several beautiful beaches can also be found within close range, as well as Agios Nikolaos town (9km) and Spinaloga islet, both worth visiting.

First Floor - Two bedrooms:
-One bedroom with queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), A/C, closet, and safe
-One bedroom with two single beds, A/C, and wardrobe
-Shared balcony with patio furniture and views of the sea, mountains, and surrounding area
-Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine


Lower Floor
-Third bedroom with queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), 32 TV, A/C, wardrobe, and seating area. Kitchenette with sink and mini fridge, En-suite bathroom with shower


Outdoor Area - 300 m2 exterior area with views of the surrounding Cretan landscape and distant sea
-Private 40 m2 swimming pool (depth 1.20-1.80 m) with ladder access
-Pool terrace with: 4 sunbeds, side tables, umbrellas, and poolside shower

-Fully equipped BBQ area under a pergola with:

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
