Our ultra-luxurious villa, recognized as such in Djerba, is chic and modern (2024), covering 200 m² for 8 people in a magnificent garden of 1,500 m², beautifully landscaped and completely enclosed, illuminated at night with a hundred solar and LED lamps, with no overlooking neighbors.

The villa features an infinity pool (10x5m) with a thatch-roofed area for dining by the water, complemented by a semi-sunken lounge, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There are also outdoor showers and toilets.

It includes two master suites with a large 180 cm bed, each with a private bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and another with two 120 cm beds, plus a bathroom and a separate toilet.

A beautiful living room decorated by Catherine and Philippe from the Tralala boutique in Houmt-Souk. The kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped.

There are three terraces with tables for family or friends' meals. An indoor parking area for two cars with an automatic gate is also provided.
