This small house with its flowery surroundings will charm you with its tranquillity. A real haven of peace in the heart of the frenetic town of Agde, the Agate is a small house with all the comforts of home, located only 10 minutes from the beach.

The single-storey accommodation consists of a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge area with sofa, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed, a shower room and separate WC. Its large terrace can accommodate your lunches in the sun. Shared swimming pool in the residence. Linen not provided. Private parking.

The accommodation :
With a surface area of 37 m², the Agate can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is presented as follows;

Day area:
- Bright living room thanks to its large bay window with a lounge area consisting of a sofa, storage unit, TV
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area with: dining table, 4 chairs, oven, hob, fridge, filter coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Modern shower room with window, shower, mirror, washing machine
- Separate WC

Night area:
- Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers
- Bright cabin room with bunk beds

Outside :
- Beautiful stone terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs. Thanks to its southern exposure and the presence of an awning, you will be able to enjoy your meals and aperitifs in complete peace!
- Shared swimming pool and paddling pool in the residence. This swimming pool, which is not heated and is secured by a caretaker, offers you the possibility of a relaxing moment. Accessibility subject to favourable climatic conditions and to the rules of the residence.
- Private parking in the residence.

Located in a secure residence on Mont St Martin, this maisonette guarantees you a quiet and pleasant stay. You will appreciate its ideal location only 5 kilometres from the Richelieu beach!
You will enjoy all the local shops within walking distance: a grocery shop, bakery, butcher's shop, delicatessen, pharmacy... Whether you are a golfer or a keen explorer, the Cap d'Agde international golf course is just a few steps from the house.
For nature lovers, in the Richelieu sector, you can go for beautiful walks along the pedestrian paths and along the quays of the ports.

- Richelieu beach where you can enjoy many water activities such as paddle, jetski, water sports... 1.3 km away
- Cap d'Agde international golf course at 1.2 km (14 minutes on foot)
- La Conque beach at 2.7 km
- Take a boat trip to visit the Fort Brescou marine reserve, the coast and sail up the Hérault to the heart of the historic town of Agde
