A peaceful stone retreat just 40 metres from the shoreline, set within a private 1,200 m² estate on Aegina island.

The house sleeps four guests in two double bedrooms. The second bedroom also serves as a dedicated office with a desk, chair and computer monitor. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, three air-conditioning units, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi and free private parking.

Enjoy outdoor meals on the covered veranda directly outside the kitchen, or unwind in the hammocks on the sea-facing patio while watching the sunset over the Saronic Gulf.

The house is named after the ancient Aeginetan stater, reflecting its character and deep connection to the history of the island.
