„This hotel is worth every dollar! Wonderful, friendly staff with lots of ideas for what to do in the area. Room was spotless with good bed and solid shower. Recommend the terrace for sunset and watching the lights come on in town. It's a short walk to shopping and a riverside brewery. The upstairs bar has creative cocktails and there's a historic great hall to settle in if it's too cool for the terrace. We added the breakfast included option and had 3 options on the menu. „We had such a wonderful time glamping on this property. The tent was very spacious and so cozy, everything was kept very clean and I never saw a single bug inside. We decided to try the wood fire pizza they offered for dinner and got to watch her make the whole thing, also found out she built that oven herself, very impressive! „The host was welcoming, especially their dogs who were very friendly greeters. My kids enjoyed how friendly they were. I appreciate how easy the home was to access, especially because we got there late at night. It’s a rugged cabin and that is part of the charm. I thought the location was great, close to Gore and the Garnit lodge, cemetery road is nice for walking, very scenic. I imagine it’s a great place in the spring /summer, will possibly return for spring rafting and kayaking. “
