The space
A 680 m sq property.
With two buildings:
With couple of gardens and a veggie patch. Each house has their own Garden and can be shared too.
Very green, inviting and positive space to relax and de-stress.
You will be living in House A and have exclusive access to Garden A.

Parking is free but driveway is shared. You will have your own parking space

Guest access
You can access the Gardens but access to the veggie patch is limited. However, you are welcome to access the fresh produce with permission.

Other things to note

Smoking!
Absolutely, no smoking, Vape or E-cig inside the house ($500 and more fines apply).

RUBBISH
Recycle & rubbish bins are located next to property entrance.
Please dispose of all of your rubbish before you leave.

CLEANING
Any extra cleaning that is required to bring the house up to a satisfactory standard will be recovered from your security bond or requested via the booking app at $60 per hour.

Please ensure that you leave the house neat and tidy, as you found it upon entry, with all dishes washed & put away.

Please remove sheets off all the beds that have been slept in and place in bathroom.

PETS (Pre-approval needed from the host.
Pets are only allowed after host approval. We accept Service dogs)

SECURITY BOND DEPOSIT
This is our primary security against financial loss incurred from breaking a rental agreement, damage to the
property, its fixtures, fittings or appliances, damage to grounds caused by misuse of motor vehicles, damage to motor vehicles, damage to surrounding vegetation & infrastructure, excess cleaning required to return the property to a satisfactory standards. Upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay (no later than 2 days from your departure) your security deposit will be authorized for refund.
