Booked as group and some of the party had an ongoing issue with sewerage smells in their rooms. Nothing was sorted despite reporting the problem. Restaurant hours also not great during the weekend. Otherwise a nice stay and location was great.

Worlds worst bed
Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. Not enough toiletries were given to us!!
And the delux room I believed I booked was different to the one we had been given because we were on a corner room ONLY!
However of most places in SA we will definitely be back to stay there due to great location, however we did find staff not overly helpful nor friendly, but the atmosphere is what sells this beautiful hotel!!!

Fantastic staff, acceptable hotel
The staff were fantastic. They let us store luggage before and after our reservations, advised us on public transport, and were always very friendly, opening doors and greeting us. The pool and gym were a little outdated but great facilities to have. The sauna was a lovely added bonus! The rooms were again a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Stayed three nights in this hotel for a Holiday. Quite central so accessible to shopping malls, museum, and the Adelaide Market. Loved Adelaide, loved my stay in this hotel. Would definitely book again for next time!
