The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, with a plush sofa and TV inviting relaxed evenings indoors. Sliding doors extend the space out to the balcony, where a bistro setting provides a quiet spot to take in the skyline. Whether starting the day with coffee or unwinding at sunset, the outlook adds a sense of space and connection to the city.

Along the rear wall, the kitchen is both practical and streamlined, equipped with modern appliances and generous bench space for preparing meals. A coffee machine adds ease to your morning routine, while the adjacent dining table offers a comfortable setting for shared meals or catching up on work.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, creating a restful environment with soft finishes and ample storage. In the second bedroom, a king-single bunk bed makes it well-suited for friends or families, complemented by a desk and chair for quiet work or study. Both rooms include air conditioning to ensure comfort year-round. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, complete with a walk-in shower and integrated laundry facilities for convenience during longer stays.

Additional features such as high-speed WiFi and split-system heating and cooling throughout enhance everyday comfort. While there is no dedicated parking, the central location makes it easy to explore the city entirely on foot.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
