There was a mix up(on my part) for the date of my reservation. The front desk staff was amazing, they had me sit down with a glass of wine while they sorted it out. I was only going to stay a couple of nights, but because of this, i stayed 5 nights!

I liked the foyer, bar and dining options. Service was exceptional expect for our last night dinner. The rooms are aged, old bathrooms, noisy air-conditioning that was not cold and TV not even mounted on the wall. It was very inconvienent not having on site parking, having to walk to park the car every day and pay.

My fiance and I stayed here for our anniversary and his birthday. It was such a delightful stay, very comfy beds, spacious rooms and lovely slippers and robes. The pool and spa was awesome, and the buffet breakfast was incredible. Definitely keen to stay again. 😍

Convenient location to the main CBD for shopping and restaurants. Staff were nice and accommodating. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Left there happy and will book again if we ever look to go back to Adelaide on holidays.

The room was not tidy.. found cigarette buds behind the couch. Next morning even after service .. the floor was not vacuumed. Ironing boards and other items were still there. It was an expectation to have clean service. Missed the parking facility as compared to stay at other hiltons.

Had a baby and fire alarm go off in middle of the night. Had to check out early because didn’t want to risk another fire alarm. Bad stay and terrible experience. No staff guided us or act with service when it happen. Let me and baby stand out in the cold middle of the night

Our stay was great. The hotel is lovely and is in a great location. I would suggest upgrading your bathrooms as they look tired and old but other that that, our stay was wonderful.

Was okay. Expected a lil more from a Hilton. Room felt dated . Went to the restaurant but was closed for lunch ( except for thur and Friday ) went to order something from the menu but it wasn’t available till after 5 … just felt like hard work . Check in not till 3pm - was meant to receive a message when room was ready and never did . To be honest next time I will choose another location. Lobby was not representative of what the rooms felt like . Sorry team just being honest .

If you want to a trip into the 70s and see what popcorn ceilings are like, this is the hotel for you. It's old and outdated and very sad beds also very old. Rooms are dark with minimal lighting. The worst place I have stayed in past 10 years both nationally and internationally.
