The adjoining kitchen is sleek and functional, fitted with quality appliances, a gas cooktop, and everything needed for home-style meals. Start your mornings at the breakfast bar with a freshly brewed Nespresso, or linger over dinner with friends in the inviting dining area. Through sliding doors, the outdoor courtyard beckons—a private, sun-dappled space with a shade sail and seating for six for relaxed alfresco dining.

The main bedroom offers a serene retreat with a king-sized bed, crisp linens, and soft lighting. The second bedroom, ideal for children, includes a king single bunk bed and playful touches for younger guests. The bathroom is modern and fresh, with a walk-in shower and vanity with storage.

Thoughtful touches extend to secure on-site parking and a compact laundry nook, complete with a combined washer/dryer and all the essentials for an easy stay. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
