The kitchen continues the warm, minimalist aesthetic with timber cabinetry and quality appliances, including a gas cooktop, oven, and full-sized fridge. With cookware, dinnerware, and everyday essentials provided, cooking at home is effortless.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in wardrobe, Smart TV with Netflix and streaming services, and soft, neutral styling designed for restful nights. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and built-in wardrobe, creating another inviting space to recharge after a day in the city. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
