Enjoy a relaxing stay in this bright, clean, and comfortable apartment, ideally located within a private complex right on the first line of the coast. Guests can unwind at the stunning rooftop terrace pool, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.

The studio features a cozy balcony with both garden and ocean views, providing a quiet atmosphere due to its privileged position within the complex. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable sleeping arrangements with two single beds and a sofa bed. While there’s no air conditioning, ventilators are provided — more than enough for Tenerife’s pleasant climate.

Guests have access to all complex facilities, including the pool, towels, linens, and free amenities such as shampoo, soap, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Extra cleaning services are available upon request for an additional charge.

Parking is available — a remote control for car park access can be rented from the community office during office hours (€7 per week, €50 deposit).
