The hotel didn't honor Expedia bookings and I had to pay in cash again after I had been charged through Expedia. The pillows in the room smelt really bad and the water in the bath had plumbing leakage making the bathroom floor wet, that I complained about yet didn't get fixed. The staff basically acted like they didn't care or know what they were doing.

I just need my money back, because it doesn't make any sense to let me book a room when you new the hotel is in renovation 😠that's what we call scam, please I just need my money back

I arrived at the property, only to find out that my booking hadn't even been received by the hotel and was being controlled by someone named John who no longer works for the company. Instead of being helpful, the staff at the reception were dismissive and slow to offer assistance. My advice to anyone looking to stay here, please don't bother, save yourself the time and heartache.
